THIS APP DOES NOT MEASURE YOUR BLOOD OXYGEN. You need an oximeter or Apple Watch that measures blood O2 levels. All this does is count pulse and you count respirations with a timer. Then it ESTIMATES BLOOD OXYGEN. Don’t spend the money if you are a patient on supplemental oxygen or you have a chronic respiratory problem like asthma!!! It does not. You can get your pulse (which I already can get through my watch) and monitor your respiration. I signed up for a year because of the good reviews. I tried to cancel the subscription about 10 minutes later when I realized I could not get my oxygen. Still on the hook for a year. I guess there is no 10 minute trail period.
