## What is Blood Oxygen Monitor?

Blood Oxygen Tracker brings your blood-oxygen, heart-rate, and sleep data from
Apple Health into one clear timeline, with trends, overnight views, widgets,
and notifications for newly synced readings at or below your chosen threshold.

IMPORTANT: An iPhone alone cannot measure blood oxygen. Automatic SpO2 import
requires a compatible Apple Watch or a pulse oximeter whose app writes readings
to Apple Health. Blood-oxygen features and availability vary by device, country,
and region. You can also log readings manually and estimate your heart rate using the iPhone camera.

*Threshold notifications require a compatible device or app that records
blood-oxygen readings in Apple Health. Notifications are delivered only after
new readings sync to your iPhone, may be delayed, and are not real-time alarms

subscription in Apple Account settings.
