It says 6 in one spot and 7 in another. Getting a refund isn’t easy. I haven’t figured out how yet. So be sure you have ONLY an Apple Watch 6 AND update at least 14.0. The app is so basic, easier to just read from the health app. But what I really bought it for was the ability to see my last oxygen reading as a Watch complication. It does have a very basic watch app, but the complication pictured is nowhere to be found. You can not add this as a complication to your watch- at least not on my version.
