## What is Blood Pressure & Glucose Chart?

Blood Snap is a personal wellness diary for logging home blood 
pressure, glucose and weight readings — not a medical device. 
It does not diagnose, treat or interpret your readings. Always 
consult your doctor for medical decisions.


SNAP, VOICE OR MANUAL ENTRY

Photograph your home blood pressure monitor, glucometer, glucose 
meter or blood pressure machine and Blood Snap suggests the numbers 
using on-device OCR. Works with any automatic blood pressure monitor, 
manual blood pressure cuff, home blood pressure cuff or blood glucose 
monitor. With your consent, a cropped image may be sent to a 
third-party service to help fill the numbers — you always review 
and confirm before saving. You can also speak a reading using 
on-device speech-to-text or enter numbers manually. No Bluetooth 
needed.


BLOOD PRESSURE LOG AND CHARTS

Log systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse 
with each entry. Record which arm you used and your body position. 
Add personal notes to any reading. View your logged blood pressure 
readings — including average, minimum, maximum and count — on 
7, 30 and 90-day blood pressure charts. Useful for anyone who 
does a regular blood pressure check at home using a home blood 
pressure monitor or home bp monitor.


BLOOD SUGAR LOG AND CHARTS

Log blood sugar levels in mmol/L or mg/dL with meal context — 
fasting blood sugar, before meal, blood sugar after eating or 
bedtime glucose. Optionally record an insulin dose number you 
entered. View your logged glucose levels and blood sugar readings 
on clear charts over time. Compatible with any glucometer, glucose 
meter or blood sugar meter — simply snap or type the reading.


WEIGHT AND BMI

Log weight in kg or lbs. An optional BMI number is calculated 
from your logged weight and height for personal reference, using 
WHO and CDC definitions. This is not a diagnosis.


HISTORY

All readings are saved and grouped by date. Filter your full 
history by blood pressure, blood sugar or weight. Tap any entry 
to edit or delete it at any time.


EXPORT

Export your complete blood pressure readings, glucose levels 
and weight log as a clean PDF report or CSV file for your 
personal records or to share at doctor appointments.


REMINDERS

Set daily check-in reminders to log your blood pressure and 
blood sugar readings consistently. Schedule medicine reminders 
at times you choose. Set personal reminder thresholds you 
define yourself — these are not clinical alerts.

Blood Snap is free with AdMob ads. Your blood pressure readings, 
glucose levels and weight data are never used for ad targeting.
