Was ich tatsächlich noch ganz nützlich finden würde, wäre der Wöchentliche / Monatliche Durchschnitt beim Pulsdruck, der ist leider noch echt unübersichtlich im Diagram. Das ich dabei auf diese App gestoßen bin, bezeichne ich als Glück, denn sie hilft mir nicht nur sehr komfortabel beim Eintragen der Werte, sondern unterstützt auch bei vielen Maßnahmen. Diese App ist sehr hilfreich auf den Weg seinen Blutdruck zu senken. Standardmediktion wird nicht abgespeichert!, dass meine standardmedikation nicht gespeichert wird. Auf meinem I-Phone muss ich täglich mühsam meinen ACEHemmer und meinen Betabkocker heraussuchen und dann auch noch manuell jedesmal die Dosierung erneut einstellen. Ferner wûrde ich gern weitere Medikamente Ereignisse odokumentieren. Meine tägliche Messungen können im Sekunden eingetragen werden und werden übersichtlich ausgewertet. Die Daten werden in AppleHealth implementiert. Es gibt Bludruckmessgeräte die die Messwerte in die App aufnehmen. Super macht weiter so! ### 3/5 — kostenfreie Version *2021-04-08* Sie App mit seinen persönlichen Daten zu füttern ist relativ einfach und unkompliziert. Leider benötige ich das Feature zum Erstellen einer Exportdatei. Dafür muss man dann allerdings auf die Pay-Version upgraden. Ich finde, dass dieses Feature in die kostenfreie Version implementiert werden sollte. Dann würde ich diese App auch weiterempfehlen. Mit den ganzen Einschränkungen im Funktionsbereich der free version kann ich aber nur 3 Sterne vergeben, da es für mich einen Haufen Mehraufwand bedeutet.
