Aber vor ein paar Monaten (?) Wurde per Update auf. Ich glaube eine Web Ansicht umgestellt, was für mich die Bedienung schon schwieriger gemacht hat. Ich musste mit ein mal scrollen wo ich vorher alles in einem Screen hatte. Jüngste Update Hat diesen Effekten noch verschlimmbessert: nun sehe ich auf der Hauptübersicht nicht mal mehr welche Werte ich schon berücksichtigt habe(ich bin ein großer Fan von Notizen und nutze dies als eine Art medizinisches Tagebuch. Zudem ordne ich den Messpunkt0 zu (Oberarm, Handgelenk und so weiter) das alles sehe ich nun nicht mehr auf den ersten Blick. Ja ich hab gesehen, es gibt ein Panoramaview den finde ich schrecklich,auf meinem iPhone 13 mini sehe ich da fast nur zwei Zeilen. Ich benutze die App. Des Messgeräteherstellers parallel. Wenn die eine ordentliche Exportfunktion haben werde ich diese App deinstallieren! Außerdem gibt es in der App und - sofern man möchte- per Mail viele Infos rund ums Blutdruck messen und wie man auf Auffälligkeiten reagieren kann. Die App lässt sich intuitiv bedienen, die Werte werden übersichtlich aufgeführt und können auch für den Arzt so dargestellt werden, dass er sie schnell erfassen kann (über 40 Werte pro Seite; zum Vergleich: bei Oxxxn werden nur 7 Werte pro Seite dargestellt, was beim Ausdruck einen Berg Papier bedeutet). Meine Geräte senden die Werte per Bluetooth an die Oxxxn-App, diese übergibt sie an Apple Health und von dort gehen sie in die BlutdruckDaten-App, wo ich seit 2015 alles dokumentiere. Die Übergabe der Werte klappt reibungslos. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es leider für das Preismodell. In der kostenfreien Version kann man sich inzwischen nur noch jeweils ~30 Tage anzeigen lassen. Weitere Funktionen kann man im Abo nutzen und hier wäre mir eine Einmalzahlung, die dann auch etwas höher ausfallen darf, lieber gewesen. Sie arbeitet zuverlässig, umfassend, übersichtlich und ist selbst erklärend. sie erlaubt das Exportieren von allen Daten, einschließlich der Grafiken per PDF oder CSV. Beim Export kann man sogar einen alternativen E-Mail Empfänger, zum Beispiel den Arzt angeben, der dann eine Kopie der Exportdatei bekommt. Das Benutzer Interface ist einfach und funktionell, so wie es mir gefällt. Das Abo mit Sonderfunktionen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und ist auch nicht zu teuer. Anmerkung: für die Zukunft wünsche ich mir die einfache Eingabe von individuellen TAGS (Verschlagwortung) zu den einzelnen Messungen, ähnlich der Angabe des Messortes (z.B. HR für rechtes Handgelenk). So könnte man z.B. ‚KaffJ‘ als TAG bestimmen, um zu dokumentieren, dass man vor der Messung schon Kaffee getrunken hat. ‚KaffN‘ würde dieselbe Frage verneinen. Das Update auf iPadOS 17.0 hat dieses Problem nicht und es funktioniert mit iPadOS 17.0 alles wie erwartet. Die App ist gut durchdacht und bringt einen hohen Mehrwert. Wir benutzen sie mit großer Begeisterung seit ca. 2 Monaten im Jahresabo. Die automatische Übernahme der Messwerte von Bluetooth Messgeräten funktioniert schnell und einwandfrei. Ein sicherer, zentrale Datenaustausch über Apple Health synchronisiert perfekt all unsere Geräte: iPhones, iPads Web-Interface und Macs. Inzwischen läuft die App sogar nativ auf Apple Silicon, also Macs mit den neuen Prozessoren M1 und M2. Obwohl ich sportlich bin, mich ausgewogen ernähre und auch sonst darauf achte gesund zu leben, hat mich das Ergebnis geschockt. Ich wollte das „Problem“ sofort in den Griff kriegen und nicht nur medikamentös behandeln. Die App hilft mir sehr, meine Messergebnisse zu dokumentieren und vergleichbar zu machen. Die App ist täglich im Einsatz, ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und äußerst zuverlässig. Die statistische Auswertung und die graphische Darstellung sind variabel anpassbar und sehr leicht zu interpretieren. Sehr gute Übersicht über die Entwicklung von Blutdruck und Gewicht auch über Jahre, gute Kommentarmöglichkeiten, einfache Zoommöglichkeit. Bei jedem Arztbesuch werden die Daten vorgelegt.
