## What is Blood Pressure Log & Report?

Blood Pressure Log & Report is a blood pressure record you can print and take to your doctor.

Record your readings at home. When your appointment comes around, create a report — a clean document with your readings, charts, averages, notes and medicines. Print it, email it, or share it as a PDF.

THE REPORT IS THE POINT

Everything else in the app is how it gets filled in.

Your report can include:

• Blood pressure
• Pulse
• Weight
• Oxygen levels
• Charts and averages
• Notes you have added
• Your medicine list

You choose the dates it covers.

RECORDING TAKES A FEW SECONDS

Tap Add a reading, type your numbers, tap Save. Pulse, weight and oxygen go on the same entry if you want them. Add a note when there is something worth remembering, or change the date and time when you are entering an older reading.

You decide what appears on the Record screen. Never use an oximeter? Turn oxygen off and it goes away.

SEE HOW THINGS HAVE BEEN GOING

Your history is grouped by day, newest first. A chart shows the last week, two weeks or longer.

NO DIAGNOSIS, AND NO GOOD OR BAD LABELS

This app does not tell you whether a reading is good or bad. That is your doctor's job.

There are no traffic lights, no shaded "healthy" zones on the chart and no target lines. Once you have a few readings, the app will say how one compares with your own 14-day average — using the word "usual", never "normal", because normal is a clinical word and what it means belongs to your doctor.

KEEP YOUR MEDICINES WITH YOUR RECORD

Keep a simple list of what you take — the name, the dose, how often, and a photo of the bottle if the label is hard to read. It goes on your report so your doctor sees it.

The app never asks whether you took your medicines and never tells you when to take them. That is not what it is for.

MADE FOR OLDER EYES

Large type that gets larger: the app has a text size setting of its own that works on top of your iPhone's. Four colour themes, one of them high contrast. Big buttons, and a reading you can see across the room. Weight in pounds or kilograms, whichever you prefer.

YOUR RECORD IS YOURS

No account. No sign-up. No ads. No analytics, no advertising identifier and no other company's code inside the app.

Your readings stay on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud, so a new phone gets your history back. In Settings, Delete everything removes them — from this iPhone and from your iCloud backup.

PRO

Recording is free and stays free. So is a report of the last ten days of your record, as often as you like.

Pro is one subscription, billed yearly, and it adds four things:

• Reports covering any date range you choose — a month, three months, or your whole record
• On-screen insights reaching back a month, three months, or all time — not just the last two weeks
• Up to three daily reminders instead of one
• A spreadsheet of every reading, saved whenever you like

Everything you have recorded stays in the app and on view, whether or not you subscribe.

IMPORTANT

Blood Pressure Log & Report is a record-keeping tool and is not a medical device. It does not measure blood pressure, pulse, weight or oxygen — those readings come from your own devices and you enter them. It does not diagnose conditions, interpret readings or give medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your readings and medical care.
