Happy with the tool overall but can’t understand how a reading of 80 diastolic is considered elevated.  I thought that was a perfect number.

Thanks for the response to my original review.  I was able to reset the values to Canadian parameters so my data more accurately reflects what my doctor was expecting.

Works well easy to use very few ads in the free mode would’ve given it five stars, but it messes up a fair bit on the scan my blood pressure monitor function not a big deal. Still have to put it in myself other than that no complaints.

Спасибо за отзыв и за то, что так точно описали проблему.

Хочу пояснить, что произошло. Дело не в вашем телефоне и не в ошибке в приложении: «ИИ сканирование» работает через сервер, а адрес моего хостинг-провайдера оказался заблокирован в части российских сетей. В самом приложении ничего не менялось, просто запросы перестали доходить, и с моей стороны это выглядело как полная тишина.

Причина найдена, и теперь сервис работает на моём собственном адресе feeltracker.com, который от провайдера больше не зависит. Обновление (версия 2.74.11) уже отправлено в App Store с запросом на срочную проверку. Проверка на моём устройстве показала, что сканирование снова работает. Настраивать ничего не нужно, всё заработает сразу после обновления.

Ваши записи при этом никуда не пропали: проблема касалась только связи с сервером, все данные всё это время оставались на устройстве.

Я делаю это приложение своими силами, и такие отзывы для меня очень важны. Мне будет очень приятно, если после обновления всё заработает и вы найдёте минуту обновить свой отзыв. А если что-то останется не так, напишите мне на gs@feeltracker.com, и я обязательно разберусь.

あろうことか、血圧データを転送するのに機器の表示を写真に撮れという。余計なことだ。以前のアプリで良かったのに、機種変更したらハングしてしまい。アップデートしたらこの仕打ちだ。

このたびはレビューをいただき、ありがとうございます。ご不便をおかけしております。

まず、写真を撮っていただく必要はありません。Bluetooth対応の血圧計をお使いでしたら、次のようにすると測定値が自動で本アプリに入ります。

1. App Storeで血圧計メーカーのアプリを入手する（オムロン製の場合は「オムロン コネクト（OMRON connect）」、無料です）
2. そのアプリと血圧計をBluetoothでペアリングする。測定値はメーカーのアプリに転送され、Appleの「ヘルスケア」にも保存されます
3. 本アプリの 設定 →「Appleのヘルスケアから自動インポート」をオンにする

これ以降は、撮影も手入力も不要です。測定するだけで本アプリに記録されます。オムロン以外のメーカーでも、Appleのヘルスケアに対応したアプリであれば同じ流れでご利用いただけます。

カメラでの読み取りは、Bluetooth非対応の血圧計をお使いの方のための手段であり、必須の方法ではありません。この点がアプリ内で分かりにくかったため、次のバージョンでは、スキャンのヘルプ画面にこの手順を追加します。

機種変更後に動作が止まったという件について、もう少し詳しく教えていただけますでしょうか。本アプリで起きたことか、それとも以前お使いのアプリでのことか、また、どの画面で止まったかが分かりますと、確認いたします。

もしよろしければ、ログをお送りいただけると原因の特定がしやすくなります。本アプリの 設定 →「サポートに連絡」をタップし、「デバッグログを含めますか？」で「はい」を選んでいただくと、ログが添付されたメールが作成されますので、そのまま送信してください（内容は「プレビュー」で事前にご確認いただけます）。私が確認いたします。

ログには画面表示やエラーなどのアプリの動作が含まれますが、個人の健康データは含まれません。もちろん必須ではありません。このレビューへの追記や、私宛のメール（gs@feeltracker.com）でも構いません。

Перестало работать сканирование и навязчиво предлагать купить про

Возвращаюсь с новостями по обоим пунктам. Судя по отзыву, у вас сейчас версия 2.74.9, поэтому коротко о том, что и в каком обновлении.

Обновление 2.74.10 уже доступно, его можно установить прямо сейчас. В нём исправлена ошибка, из-за которой неудачные попытки сканирования расходовали бесплатный дневной лимит: из-за этого приложение предлагало Pro заметно чаще, чем должно. Само сканирование Pro не требует и остаётся бесплатным.

Обновление 2.74.11 сейчас на проверке в App Store, отправлено с запросом на срочную проверку. Именно в нём возвращается сканирование. Дело было не в приложении и не в вашем телефоне: адрес моего хостинг-провайдера оказался заблокирован в части российских сетей, и запросы просто перестали доходить. Сервис теперь работает на моём собственном адресе feeltracker.com, который от провайдера больше не зависит. Проверка на моём устройстве показала, что сканирование снова работает. Настраивать ничего не нужно, всё заработает сразу после обновления.
