## What is Blood Pressure Log?

BPal is a diary for the blood pressure readings you measure at home. Record each reading, see its category, and create a report for your next medical appointment.

SIMPLE ENTRY
• Systolic, diastolic and pulse on a large keypad
• Add a note, the measurement context, and details such as seated or left arm
• Mark a reading as morning or evening
• Optionally record your weight

CLEAR NUMBERS
• Each reading shows its category
• Choose your guideline: AHA/ACC 2025 or European Society of Hypertension (ESH) 2023
• Average, lowest and highest values
• How your readings are spread across the categories
• Morning and evening compared side by side
• Trend chart for blood pressure or pulse, plus a separate weight chart
• Charts use recorded or imported readings. BPal does not predict or fill in missing readings.

REPORTS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
• A PDF summary with an optional table for the selected period
• The report names the guideline used and explains every category
• CSV export for spreadsheets

REMINDERS
• Reminders to measure your blood pressure
• For each reminder, choose the days of the week and up to three times a day
