## What is Blood Pressure Log?

Blood pressure log and tracker for the readings you take with your home cuff. Log systolic, diastolic and pulse in ten seconds, see your trend against guideline bands, and hand your doctor a clean one-page PDF report.

Your doctor said "keep a log and bring it to your next appointment." Pressura is that log — big numbers, one-tap entry, and a report your doctor can read in seconds.

LOG A READING IN TEN SECONDS
• Large keypad, values pre-filled from your last reading
• Tag arm, position, irregular heartbeat and medication taken
• Reads readings from Apple Health — works with Omron, Withings and any cuff that syncs to Health — and saves yours back
• Log from your Apple Watch; a complication shows your last reading
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets

SEE THE TREND, NOT JUST THE NUMBERS
• 7-, 30- and 90-day charts with category bands
• Today, 7-day and 30-day averages, morning vs evening
• Categories based on AHA/ACC or ESC 2024 guidelines — your choice
• Hypertensive-range readings are flagged clearly, never hidden

THE DOCTOR REPORT
• One page: averages, morning/evening split, trend chart, readings by category, weekly averages
• Full readings table with notes, arm, position and medication marks
• US Letter or A4 — share as PDF, print with AirPrint, or save to Files

TRACK YOUR HEART HEALTH OVER TIME
• Complete history, grouped by day with a category chip on every reading
• Pulse pressure and mean arterial pressure on every reading
• Reminders so morning and evening readings become a habit

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Everything stays on your device — no account, no server, no ads, no analytics
• Optional iCloud sync uses your own iCloud account
• Only blood pressure and heart rate are ever read from or written to Health
• Export all of your data as JSON at any time

PRESSURA PREMIUM (optional)
Unlimited history, reports for any date range without a watermark, CSV export, profiles for family members, a medication tracker shown against your readings, unlimited reminders, and iCloud sync across iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Available as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase.

Pressura does not measure blood pressure and does not provide medical advice. It records readings you take with a cuff. Category labels are based on published guidelines and are not a diagnosis; if a reading worries you, contact your doctor.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
