This  app finally feels simple. I can log my blood pressure for a specific date and it pushes it straight into Apple Health (same idea for heart rate/steps/weight once you allow access). The camera pulse check is a nice bonus when I don’t feel like digging for a device. I also like the weekly/monthly/yearly charts — they make trends obvious — and the quick water + stress check-ins are easy to keep up with. And when I’m stressed, the built‑in relaxing sounds (waves/rain/white noise) + short meditations are actually handy.
