## What is Blood Pressure Register?

Blood Pressure Register lets you track your systolic (SBP) & diastolic (DBP) blood pressures over time.

The blood pressure log allows you to write down your results no matter where you are. You can then enter the information into the chart & log at your leisure. 

Remember to enter notes next to your entries regarding diet, exercise, and stress level, so you can see the affects they may have your blood pressure.

Consult your doctor or caregiver to find out what your target blood pressure should be.
