The correlation features are super helpful, and I’ve learned a lot about how my lifestyle impacts my blood pressure. The breathing exercises are a nice addition, though I wish there were more of them. Overall, a must-have for anyone managing their BP.

After searching for blood pressure diary tools for a long time, this one is by far the best. It's great to see correlation between stress, sleep, physical activity and blood pressure!
