They look pretty good when they arrive but 24 hours later, they have perked up in water and buds have opened and they look really good and they last for ages. Well worth the money. The flowers are beautiful, they arrive in bud and are stunning in a couple of days, and last for ages. The recipients have been delighted. Even though I was tracking my recent order myself, I had a lovely email from the company to say that unfortunately, (which was due to Royal Mail), the flowers would not be delivered within 24 hours, but the following day. I have also needed to contact customer services, and they were so helpful. Einmal konnte ein Strauß trotz des Premiumversands nicht am Wunschtag ausgeliefert werden aber ich habe Verständnis dafür dass das passieren kann. Ein riesiges Highlight ist für mich die Möglichkeit, die Grußkarte selbst gestalten zu können mit Fotos oder was auch immer - und das ohne Aufpreis. It is now Tuesday and still no flowers mothering Sunday was two days ago.
