## What is Bloom?

Bloom helps you understand your attachment style and gently work on the patterns that show up in your relationships.

Start with a quick attachment style quiz built on a well-known framework. In a few minutes you'll see whether you lean anxious, avoidant, secure, or a mix, with a clear, plain read on what that means for how you love, worry, and connect.

Then Bloom becomes a daily companion:

· a short daily check-in to notice how you're feeling and what's going on
· a personal reflection written just for you, based on what you shared
· small, kind cards each day: a reframe, an affirmation, a tiny action, a gentle truth
· a private space that keeps your check-ins and saved cards so you can look back
· gentle daily reminders, only if you want them

Our calm octopus called octo, is with you the whole way. No lectures, no toxic positivity, just steady support.

Bloom is good company if you're working through anxious attachment, avoidant patterns, relationship anxiety, codependency, a breakup, low self worth, or you just want more secure, steady connections.
