## What is Bloom BOH?

Bloom BOH gives restaurant teams practical tools for the work that happens behind service.

Use Bloom BOH to support operational workflows such as inventory counts, ordering and receiving, cash purchases, prep, wastage, time clock activity, and manager review. Teams can capture source data where the work happens instead of reconstructing it later from notes, spreadsheets, and end-of-shift memory.

Bloom BOH connects back-of-house activity to the broader Bloom restaurant operations platform, helping restaurants keep purchasing, inventory, labor, and operating records in one system.
