## What is Bloom?

Bloom is a thoughtfully designed breathing and affirmation app that helps you find calm, clarity, and balance — no matter where your day takes you.

Built around five scientifically backed breathing techniques used by Navy SEALs, Stanford researchers, and leading mindfulness teachers, Bloom turns simple breathwork into a beautiful daily ritual.

BREATHING EXERCISES
• Box Breathing — Equal-ratio breathing to lower stress and regain composure
• 4-7-8 Sleep — Extended exhale to calm the nervous system before sleep
• Cyclic Sigh — Stanford-backed double inhale with long exhale for fast anxiety relief
• Energize — Rapid rhythmic breathing to boost alertness and focus
• Balanced Breath — Resonance-frequency breathing for clarity and flow state

AFFIRMATION BLOOM
Pair your breath with positive affirmations. Inhale deeply, read your affirmation, then speak it aloud as you exhale. Each session draws from a curated library of 90 affirmations across self-worth, anxiety relief, confidence, gratitude, resilience, and letting go.

CAPACITY BUILDER
Strengthen your respiratory muscles and increase breath control with three guided training modules: Diaphragm Focus, Pursed Lip Control, and Box Vitality.

ORGANIC, CALMING DESIGN
A flowing breathing orb, gentle dust particles, and warm earth tones create a peaceful environment for your practice.

DAILY MINDFULNESS NUGGETS
Receive a brief, grounded reflection each day to help you stay centred.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your preferences and progress are stored locally on your device. We don't track your sessions, record audio, or sell your data.

FREE TO TRY
Start free with two breathing exercises and one daily affirmation session. Upgrade to Bloom Premium to unlock all five exercises, unlimited affirmations, and Capacity Builder training.
