X charges us for every post it sends, and charges more when a post has a link in it, so X — and only X — depends on your plan. Every other platform posts automatically on every plan, free included. Bloom never removes your link to make a post fit your plan; if a post isn't covered it waits for your tap, exactly as you wrote it.
