So far the app is great, I like the watch complications for steps and heart rate. The app functions well and the data is clear and readable.  Yes there is a subscription but most of the things are free to use which is good.

I can't believe that this app only has three ratings. This app is amazing! The developers are nice and also respond quickly, unlike other support servers. Supporting:

• AI Chatbot  
• Insights  
• Night and day suggestions  
• Nutrition  

And everything else in a health app, this is basically everything you would need in one single app! Furthermore, the app’s pricing is incredibly cheap at just $2.99 for a week. The animations and user interface are also beautiful! I like how the profile transitions back into its original position instead of just fading away or sliding out like some of the other “all-in-one health” apps do. To be honest, if you’re looking for a cheap option, go for this app instead of other apps like Bevel or Bright OS. No wrongful information, nor any forced paywalls, none of that! This app needs more attention. Highly recommended.
