The ui on iPad is so wierd and the ui is so old and not modern. That’s the my biggest problem. Parents sign up is NOT FREE and always prompts for a subscription. I only get like a dozen or so lessons and everything after “what is a etf” is PAID. Like paywall everything except those very bad. On top of that, I was refused withdrawal of my money after selling my stocks. Additionally, the automatic deposit option that I originally set up and quickly turned off, has been continuously depositing money for over 3 months since turning this feature off. Even after talking with customer support and having to essentially fight to get my money back, my account still has not been closed after multiple requests. Especially as a parent - I’ve tried contacting them through email but I’m not given that option. Staff also just repeat the instructions to withdrawing without actually listen to issues that occur during the process.
