My app would say malicious virus attacking my phone when I opened it which probably is try or the Bloom app trying to trick me into buying their software that I don’t need. This app kept having an error message and doesn’t clearly guide you through the process. I think it should be dumped and not reworked. My girlfriends phone won’t do any map searches after loading this app. We wasted about 40 minutes and ended up walking in the hot sun. This is how people gets ads and scams through email, these company sells their data and put X on privacy concern when profit is possible. ### 1/5 — Unable to login or retrieve my account *2021-09-04* I created a Bloom account a couple of years ago, and now I am unable to access the account. It’s asking me to upload a recovery file, but I have no such file. When I try to register a new account, it tells me the email address is already taken. When I request to reset my password, I never receive a password reset email. In the app, I keep getting a message saying “Could not find user with ethAddress…” Now I’m concerned that this company has my personal information, and I have no way to access it. Dodgy company. *2021-02-25, version 2020.10.13* Well designed app. Of little practical use so I asked for data deletion. Turns out this is an arcane and tortuous process without email verification despite several requests. App is either a good idea without traction and desperate staff or a data harvesting app hoping to sell or use your data. Their devious actions when I requested data deletion argue for the later opinion.
