If you happen to forget to cancel your subscription they will not work with you and give you a refund. They stole my money for three months of subbing. **Developer response:** We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration, as we’d love for every experience with Bloom Stories to be a positive one. Like many subscription services, Bloom Stories is designed to renew automatically so your access to our stories remains uninterrupted. Since our members have full, unlimited access to our entire library throughout the billing period, payments are generally non-refundable once a new period has started. These are the terms agreed upon during sign-up, but we truly appreciate your past support and hope you enjoyed the stories. ### 1/5 — Stay away *2025-11-04* I wanted to try a year. There is limited content. After a year I had no intention to renew due to not being satisfactory. The day its renewed(apparently it was on autopay), I reached out to cancel, and listened a whole spiel about autopay, their policy and that I would be welcome to use the additional year I just paid for, and can’t cancel the renewal. Not a great customer service and the product is limited. If you want, it’s fun for a few months but save up your money for alternative apps. We take great pride in our high production standards: every story is crafted by a dedicated human team of writers, sound designers, and professional voice artists - we intentionally do not use AI for our storytelling. To ensure our users can see the value for themselves, we offer a free account option with a variety of stories that change every week. This gives everyone the chance to explore our library and experience the quality of our work firsthand before deciding if a subscription is the right fit. We appreciate the feedback and hope you enjoyed the stories you heard. ### 1/5 — Overpriced, no way to cancel *2025-07-17* The subscription price for this is just ridiculous. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for days and get a message saying I need to email customer service to cancel my subscription. I have sent multiple emails over multiple days and have been ignored. There is NO WAY to cancel if you decide you don’t like it anymore. It’s absurd. Do not give them your money. But there are 4 free stories. 82 minutes total. Everything else is locked. No price listed anywhere. If you click get premium, it redirects you to a website. Seems suss **Developer response:** We apologize for the experience you had with our app. Premium subscriptions are managed on our website, which has been active since 2020, since our app is new and we are continuously working on improvements. Free stories are updated weekly, so there are plenty to discover! Thank you for your feedback. ### 1/5 — Scam app *2023-10-14, version 1.2* Nothing but a scam no way to cancel payments and half the app doesn’t work ### 3/5 — Looks great but poor performance *2023-09-01* The app has been a long time coming, and I’m glad it’s finally here. It looks great! Easy to navigate! That’s hard to achieve. However, the app is designed to listen to stories. This is where it fails. The audio plays for 5-10 seconds then pauses as if it’s running off dial-up internet, waiting to buffer. Then plays another disjointed segment and waits again. This problem was consistent across multiple stories. I hope they get it resolved sooner then later! I stopped listening maybe two months ago because subscription on the website wasn’t working. I was really upset, because, well, I really like this. I’m autistic, so I tend to pick up on speaking mannerisms a lot. I subconsciously mimic a lot of peoples voices along with a certain way they speak. With that, it got me into voice acting. Having a pretty wide voice range, I subconsciously steal the voices for myself, haha! I feel like, because this is the only porn I’ve actually been interested in (hence why I was upset about when it didn’t work), it was going to happen. Now, I take advantage and practice voice acting myself. The writing is nice too, there’s plot and personality — just random things about the character that give it life. The imagery is great too (it helped me out with that, actually. It’s also very inclusive, I think this (now) app is absolutely lovely. **Developer response:** Thanks a lot for the 5 stars!
