They have very little meaningful features without the ‘BloomPlus’ update. There were also multiple glitches with certain features: I could never see the notes/pictures my partner sent, the doodle rarely loaded, our anniversary date kept changing. All that amongst others. Why would I upgrade to a plus when even the most basic app features aren’t working. I shouldn’t have to pay for the app to function normally. If that’s the case, then advertise the app accordingly. **Developer response:** Hi Casey, thank you for your feedback and for trying Bloom. We're sorry to hear you experienced issues. The Live Photo widgets are a cute way to remind your person that you’re thinking of them :) the customer support is great as well! They’re prompt with replies and quick to work on fixing any bugs as well as taking on improvement suggestions for the app - as they did with some of mine - which is super refreshing to be able to use an app where the creators genuinely care about it being a great product for their users. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for the kind words! Keep blooming together! ❤️ ### 5/5 — The best option for no fees! *2026-08-14* I spent a WHILE searching for a good app for my boyfriend and I before long distance, and this one is the easiest interface to use with the best options for non-premium users. I was initially wary because of the small amount of reviews, but compared to bigger name apps, this one suits us the best! Other apps make you pay for distance and day counting widgets for your lock screen and home screen, but this one has so many cute options that work for both myself and my boyfriend. It’s typically easy for us to find a middle ground on things like this, but for once this was our top choice by FAR for the two!! **Developer response:** Thank you so much! Great app❤️ ### 5/5 — ok this app has NO right being this cute *2026-07-17* a friend put me onto bloom together and i was NOT ready. the doodle widget alone is unmatched, i sent my girl a lil scribble mid-workday and she said it made her whole shift better?? the mood check-ins are also so real for when u don’t have the energy to type out “i’m not okay” but still want them to know and then. THE FUTURE LETTERS FEATURE. i wrote one to open years from now and i actually had to stop and process my feelings like a whole human being, which is not something i signed up for on a tuesday night💀 it’s giving main character energy but make it soft the memory frames are also lowkey saving our relationship from living and dying in a camera roll we never open. everything’s just built with actual thought, not some generic “day 47 together 🥰” counter app energy anyway. shoutout to the friend who recommended this bc i genuinely was not prepared to feel this much over an app 🌸 10/10 no notes ### 5/5 — Amazing app *2026-07-13* I initially downloaded the app because I saw a video that had the “time together” widget on the home screen and I thought it was such a wonderful thing to have on my home screen. After using the app for a few days now, I definitely want to purchase the plus just to have the additional features available to me. That said, I think the features available while in the free version are awesome.
