Polish: the app now asks for a rating at a better moment, and never more than once a month.

Two fixes that go to the heart of what Bloom is for.

• You can re-read your notes. Bloom's whole premise is a box you open again on a hard day — and once a note was opened, from your side it was gone. There was no keepsake view at all. Now there is.
• Real prices. Every figure on the upgrade screen was a hardcoded US dollar amount, so outside the US the plan rows, the trial line and the renewal terms all quoted money your store would never charge. Prices now come from your own App Store in your own currency, and if we can't read the store we show no price and disable purchasing rather than quote a number we can't honour.
• Added the EULA link, and fixed an empty-box message that promised something it shouldn't.
