The way it helped me to brake down each component of goal setting, affirmations, how it resonates in your body, etc helped flush out so much more detail. It turned a goal into a breathing living visualization. Plus I was able to go through this with way less anxiety & overwhelm which is typically what happens for me when thinking about lofty goals in the near future. Recording my own voice after creating the script was a very nice touch too. Something about hearing myself reading my goal in the form of a visualization script made it feel more real & a little bit closer.
