Hard to navigate and get to what you’re actually looking for. Most annoyingly, at least today, it appears the iphone app has a “Your News” tab making it easy to see the news I care about, but ipad does not. If I leave the video screen running sometimes it will hang with a black screen that I cant close and the window is just black and the only way to refresh app so it reloads is restarting the phone. Please fix this. Extremely annoying. It would be nice to have streaming of just audio feed from tv programs when I cant watch when in low data environments. Let us customize our settings! No problem with content, but with the app itself. Too long loading, poorly organised content board, malfunctioning stream player. Clicking on the features they provide in email, redirecting to app, and the app accuses me of being potential auto crawling bot. I hate it now and I’d rather use browser for Bloomberg content, so just stop redirecting me to the app from browser. No links work at all. If you close the app and relaunch it repeatedly, you can get it to work for a couple of minutes, before it locks up again. Please fix this. And test before you deploy. Apple’s investigation didn’t get my money back. Over an hour on the phone with Bloomberg support led to nothing but delays and a flat refund denial. I checked the BBB and found many other customers reporting the same unexpected renewal charges and refund fights — this isn’t a one-off. Bloomberg L.P., founded by and still majority-owned by Michael Bloomberg, should be fixing this instead of making customers battle for money they never authorized. I’m still demanding my $399 back. If you’re considering this subscription, check the BBB complaints first. A few moments ago Bloomberg sent a story to pm.me confirming a bullish bias for now.
