When I press enable tap to pay, nothing happens

### 2/5 — Excruciatingly Slow

The app is ok. My biggest gripes with it are the lack of functionality and access to reports, but mostly how excruciatingly slow it is. It’s slow to open. Slow to load. Slow to show contact information. I also really dislike the fact that when I want to call or text a contact, I don’t have the option to use my Sideline app instead of my native phone & texting. Maybe that’s not an issue for most people, but my cell has an out of state area code, so I got a dedicated number for using for work that has an in state area code. So I use Sideline app for all my calls and texts and this doesn’t work with that making it extremely cumbersome.

It’s very handy to use to use the CRM when away from the office, but I have to retype my login each time.  It’s become so standard for apps to cache that info. Please make it easier to just open and get started.

I have an account that I can access on my desktop, but when I try to log into the app with my correct credentials - it can’t seem to even find my account. There’s also no forgot username or password option to recover account access on the login screen.

I was in the app, logout and now can’t login, I keep getting a message about not recognizing username/password combination. Who can I talk to about resetting my info

### 1/5 — Too many issues to use at our Event

This would have been great but I have uncovered three issues with the mobile app while testing for use at an event this weekend. 

1. Donation acknowledgements do not auto send like they do for donations made on the website. This means more work to send these after the event.

2. Issue entering a new credit card manually. The card is stored as I see it via desktop version but cannot process a donation using the card I entered manually into the app via the app or desktop site. Database linking issue I think.

3. We have multiple Stripe processors with Bloomerang to support each our Funds. I made two test donations to a particular Fund and the donation went to the other Funds Stripe account. 

These are fundamental things the App should get right. Makes me wonder if they even tested it. Disappointing.

Push notifications are no longer coming through on iPhone. I assigned a task to a coworker this morning. It shows up in his task list, but he did not receive a notification. I then assigned a task to myself as a test and I did not receive a notification either. This is a critical feature for us that we hope to see resolved soon.

Getting error “Renamed property UserModel._permissionLevel does not exist”
