What a waste. If it’s not broken don’t fix it. ### 1/5 — Difficult to Use *2020-11-28, version 2.32.6* This is a very awkward app that is not much help when signing up for volunteer work. It exits as soon as it loads. ### 1/5 — InitLive app exits immediately *2016-02-23* Well I have installed InitLive on my iPhone 4s and it exits immediately when u try to bring it up in my phone . Not a good start ... Need to support a Convention as a volunteer , please update by March 1st. Will try deleting it and reinstalling on my iPhone 4S. They should take user feedback. ### 1/5 — Lacking lots of basic features *2025-12-18* Please add face unlock, make it recognizable by password managers like other apps, and simplify the interface. It's very hard to navigate or know where to click to get the information you need. ### 1/5 — No stars, this app is horrible *2025-11-13* This app is one of the worst if not the worst I’ve ever worked with. I’m an admin for my organization and the app doesn’t allow me any administrative capabilities. If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately the website on a minor phone is no better. They need some major help. ### 1/5 — Worst user interface *2025-10-15* That they use the word “intuitive” to describe the UI is laughable, it is anything but. It’s badly organized, hard to find things (I have to remember that to sign up for shifts I first go to upcoming shifts? Who the heck thinks that way?) You might think that going to “my schedule” would let you add shifts to your schedule, but you’d be wrong. Once you do find it the process to sign up for shifts is tedious, entering hours is tedious, whoever designed the app is completely unfamiliar with the concept of “concise”, I spend more time scrolling than anything else. It’s an app whose sole purpose is scheduling and there isn’t even a calendar view! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-09-19* Without a doubt- this is the worst app I’ve used. Consistently - I log into my laptop successfully and, with the SAME CREDENTIALS the app tells me I have supplied the wrong information. I have taken it off my system and will be using my laptop in future. ### 1/5 — lacks in key common features *2025-07-20, version 4.1.3* It’s ridiculously disappointing that users cannot save their login information or use Face ID to login. Tried to reset password with the supposed email I used and the password did not rest. Awful app ### 1/5 — Login experience is poor *2025-04-20* This app forces me to relogin very frequently. If that’s a feature, they need to add FaceID/TouchID support. Also, my password manager can’t associate my stored credentials with the app. I have to go hunt for it every time. It works as expected when using the website, so I know it’s something with the app. ### 1/5 — Awful awful awful *2024-09-11* I can’t believe the organization I’m volunteering for is requiring this app. I have nothing good to say about it. I cannot input anything, the people on the other side don’t seem to know or care what to do. Just garbage. iOS iPhone 15 ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2024-02-02* The place I volunteer just moved to this app and it’s awful. I can log into the app but the website won’t log me in the same credentials (and I understand case sensitivity). Additionally, the app doesn’t show all the opportunities available. I opened a ticket and they blamed the nonprofit. The opportunity visibility may be on the non profit side, but help them will you? It’s still a new implementation. The login stuff is a bug. All the best! - Team Bloomerang ### 3/5 — App Won’t Load *2018-04-23* I thought my iPhone 8Plus didn’t have enough storage, so I deleted 6 GB — and still unsuccessful in downloading this app. My phone dings as if it’s loaded, but NOTHING SHOWS UP! HOWEVER, AFTER 2 DAYS AND 10+ TRIES, THE APP APPEARED. ### 2/5 — Confusing UI *2025-08-19* Not only does the general layout of the UI make it a constant frustrating challenge to find what you want, but even then the workflow of the app doesn’t work the way any rational human would expect. I select an opportunity and there is no way to add hours worked from there, that’s on a different path. If you don’t have a schedule set up you can’t use the check in/out feature. The app developers were even too ignorant to know how to set up the app so that The Apple Keychain knows what website it’s with so that the app can share the login credentials. Just overall very difficult to use and very far from a pleasant experience. ### 2/5 — App crashes, iPad ios16.2 *2023-01-01* This is crap.
