App completamente inutile . Non puoi vedere il credito residuo che hai sulla cart , non puoi utilizzare credito in tutte le lavanderie “italiane “ laltre non ho idea , non puoi vedere e neanche inserire il numero di carta che tieni della blooms……

Gerade bei bloomest registriert , auf dem Bildschirm wurden mir nach Kauf der Karte (12€ davon 9€ ohne Registrierung einsetzbar) , 3 € Guthaben angepriesen. Nach erster Aufladung von 15€ hatte ich auf meiner Karte 25€ gut. Hmmm 15+9 macht für mich 24€- hätte ich die versprochenen 3€ erhalten , hätten es  27€ sein müssen.  
Dann habe ich im AppStore gelesen, dass man angezeigt bekommt, wann du Maschine fertig ist … in meiner App wird keine Maschine angezeigt.  Fängt ja nicht so gut an hier 
Mal sehen, ob ich vom Waschergebnis begeistert sein kann.

No da la opción de recarga en la app, y hay muchas lavanderías Bloomest que solo aceptan pago en efectivo como la de Sax en Alicante, no se puede comprar lavado ni secado desde la app, no muestra es tiempo restante del lavado, no se puede vincular la tarjeta con app para que al comprar en la lavandería suene alguna alarm en la app de que la lavadora o secadora está a punto de terminar y poder ir a cambiarla de máquina o recogerla, las máquinas no dan opción de añadir suaviza te extra, o lejía, u otros pagándolo como los extras del McDonald. No me deja añadir más tarjetas, no me muestra mis tickets, me dice que tengo 12€ y en la tarjeta asociada metiéndola en la lavandería tengo 0,50€.

Un’app così é totalmente inutile. Non è utilizzabile, né intuitiva. Non ci fai nulla, e continua a crashare. Non puoi consultare il tempo residuo, e assolutamente non giustifica minimamente i quasi 13 euro di acquisto della tessera. Sono abbastanza incredulo

Ho chiamato per un aiuto e mi hanno assistito telefonicamente, poi in 5 minuti è arrivata una signora gentilissima che mi ha fatto tutta la procedura di registrazione. Contentissima.
Si viene a lavare le proprie cose in un ambiente pulito ed ordinato con lavatrici ed asciugatrici al top, Miele è una garanzia, anche per questo tornerò ancora da voi

Also der Waschsalon ist klasse und die Bedienung der Geräte ist super erklärt. Wo man eine Kundenkarte bekommt ist sehr unübersichtlich, eine Anmeldung in der App ist auch nicht möglich und nur nervig. Dann bleibt es halt und ich lösche die App wieder. Ich bezahle lieber etwas mehr pro Waschgang, aber verkaufe meine Daten nicht!

Ich verstehe die anderen Bewertungen nicht so ganz, die App macht was es soll. Es lassen sich alle Waschsalons in der Umgebung sehen, man bekommt sogar Nachrichten, sobald die Maschine fertig ist aufs Handy und man bekommt wohl auch Gutscheine usw. Daher funktioniert alles wie es soll.
