Contact your organization to get started. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 3.0.41 — 2026-08-22 Shared iPad sessions are more reliable across check-in, activity logging, family notes, photos, and skills assessments. This update also improves classroom labels and room details, and adds faster access to a child's emergency contacts. ### 3.0.40 — 2026-08-21 Teachers see their own rooms A teacher assigned to a room now sees the children in that room — on rosters, photos, incidents, emergency contacts and pickups. Directors, office staff and teachers who work across the whole school keep the full view. Two children who share a first name Check-in cards now show each child's full name, and rosters are ordered by last name, so children with the same first name are no longer easy to mix up. Also in this release • Selecting several photos and choosing Archive or Delete works again on iPadOS 18. • The camera no longer quits if the shutter is tapped before it has finished starting up. • A brief network problem while loading attendance is retried instead of shown as an error. • The room screen no longer redraws over and over while children are being checked in. • An observation can be edited after it is saved, keeping its original date, author and evidence. ### 3.0.39 — 2026-08-20 Getting back in is one step now. Where your center uses staff PINs, the PIN is the only unlock when you return to the app - no Face ID or passcode prompt stacked on top. If the iPad is offline, an "Unlock with iPad instead" option appears so nobody gets locked out. New: diaper check reminders. When your center turns them on, Today prompts the room when a check is due so changes get logged on time. Staff sessions no longer expire while the app is in use. A nap, feed or activity mid-shift will not be interrupted by a PIN prompt, and the staff session has expired popup is gone from that path. Family notes now have one home: Notes for families, on the bar at the bottom of Today. A child's report shows the note their family will read, and the send screen is shorter. Emergency Contacts: on iPads without the Phone app the call button now offers FaceTime or copies the number, the Missing tab is now No contacts and explains itself, and the summary icons match the rows below. Fixed: removed the Edit report button on the report screen that did nothing - edit on the page, then Send update. ### 3.0.36 — 2026-08-19 Bottle Check is now in the dock, so an infant room can record how much a child actually took - amount offered, amount consumed, milk type and the time. Notes for families no longer opens on a room you are not assigned to. It tells you up front instead of letting you write a note that could not be saved. Diaper check and bottle feed reminders are now delivered to the app, matching safe sleep checks. Fixed: entering your PIN again after a switch no longer leaves the app stuck on "your staff session has expired". Fixed: long skill names no longer run underneath their neighbours, and food-log notes now carry through to the family's daily report. ### 3.0.35 — 2026-08-19 Notes for families Write the note a family reads on their child's daily report — from one place, in the room you're already standing in. • Tap Notes on the Today screen to write a note to every family in the room, or a note for one child. Select children first and they come up first. • The same screen opens from the send confirmation, so you can add or change a note in the moment you're sending. • A child's report screen now has it too, so the note can be written while the report is still being put together. • Saving sends nothing — each note goes out with that child's report when the report is sent. Every note can be changed or removed. Emergency Contacts • The call button now works on iPads without the Phone app — it places a FaceTime audio call, or copies the number when calling isn't available. • The "Missing" tab is now "No contacts" and explains exactly what it lists. • Staff with org-wide access now see every room's contact lists, so children no longer show as missing contacts just because their room wasn't yours. Name-to-Face Check Children appear in the same order as the home board, so you scan one alphabet on both screens. Messaging Unread counts now answer for the person switched in on a shared iPad, and clear when you read. Also in this release • An emergency can be recorded straight from the activity log. • If the camera is turned off for the app, the QR scanner explains why and points to the exact Settings location that fixes it. • The app asks permission to send notifications at sign-in, so team messages, safe sleep check reminders, shift reminders and schedule updates can reach this device. • Headcount no longer hides a checked-in child or counts the same child twice, and a camper's group name shows for every teacher.
