Sharing an image to the app used to allow you to immediately load that image to the frame.
This no longer works - you have to find the image you want in your camera roll, and can no longer directly agree images from other apps like Google Photos or Lightroom. 

I’d prefer to email support over writing a bad review, but couldn’t find an actual email or contact form in the maze of FAQs and guides.

### 1/5 — Photo upload kept failing in the app

The photo upload functionality needs significant improvement. 

First of all, I tried to upload 70 photos, after quite a while of wait until it reaches 70/70 uploaded, it gives me an error of maximum 50 photos per batch allowed. 

Then I spent quite some time selecting 50, nothing happened and it just told me upload failed.

This is a really frustrating experience. I’m considering returning the frame.

**Developer response:** We’re really sorry for the frustrating experience. We’ve now removed the upload limits and improved the speed and overall performance.
As a relatively new product, we know there’s still a lot we can improve — and we’ll keep working on making the experience better.

### 1/5 — Do not get the E-Ink

The e-ink version does not display photos well and is called an “art display” for a very deceptive reason. I got the e-ink on Indigogo and updated it twice and it no longer updates. A waste of money.

Integration will not work in home assistant

App and canvas work great. Fast connectivity. Would love to see an option for scheduling a daily photo update from an iCloud album
