### 3/5 — Returns

*2026-10-02, version 2610.1.0*

Very slow to get the money back. Phone agent was incompetent to answer about the progress and needed my tracking number to be dictated.

### 5/5 — Leeza

*2026-09-30, version 2610.1.0*

The best place to shop

### 1/5 — Poor service

*2026-09-25*

I had a very disappointing experience with Bloomingdale’s customer service. When the product I ordered was not available, no one seemed able to give me a clear or accurate update on the status of my order.
Every time I contacted customer service, I was told that the order had already shipped and was asked to wait longer. However, nothing was actually shipped, and after waiting and following up multiple times, I eventually had to cancel the order myself.
It was extremely frustrating and felt like no one was taking responsibility for resolving the issue. If the product was unavailable, I would have preferred honest and timely communication rather than being repeatedly told that it had shipped.
Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience.

### 5/5 — My experience

*2026-09-23, version 2609.4.0*

I enjoy shopping with Bloomingdales, they have that selection of flair and style
Always a second look

### 1/5 — App log in verification is horrible

*2026-09-21, version 2609.3.0*

Every time I get the code messaged to me to log in to the app it doesn’t recognize it. I have had to delete the app to verify my account and then download the app again. Happened on my old phone and now on my new phone.

### 5/5 — Great site

*2026-09-16, version 2609.3.0*

Love shopping here

### 5/5 — Relaxing and Enjoyable Shopping

*2026-09-01, version 2608.4.0*

Quality @ Best

### 1/5 — Deceiving benefits

*2026-08-15, version 2608.1.0*

I applied for the Bloomingdales credit card on a promise of a discount only to find out that multiple items from my order are excluded. Why would I deny my credit score if I had known that. Annoyed

### 1/5 — Sloppy Accounting

*2026-08-14, version 2608.1.0*

Cannot get a true picture of your account balance as there are delays and/or roadblocks to the posting of debits/credits to the account. And, this is regarding Citibank which services the accounts, and not Bloomingdales, the retailer.

### 5/5 — The Best On Line Shopping!

*2026-08-13, version 2608.1.0*

I’ve been shopping with Bloomingdale’s for some time now. All I have to say is they’re the best! Customer service, is fantastic,
packages are always on time. If there’s an issue they are quick to correct it.
Thank you, Bloomingdale’s.
