My 5 year old LOVES this app. He asks for it to help him calm down before bed which is something he’s never done with any other app. We limit screen time in our house but I love the impact it has had on his ability to self regulate and it has improved our night time routine significantly!

Love this app! My kids love the music and I know they are learning while they play. This app that makes me feel like “screen time” is not a 4-letter word. 💗

I’m usually very hesitant to recommend *any* apps for children under 5 but I have zero reservations here! This is age-appropriate, developmentally-appropriate, and engaging. It’s easy to navigate and lots of fun — a perfect blend of mindfulness, music, and social-emotional learning, with an overall focus on well-being.
