Bloomu is my daily go-to for a quick reset. I love popping it on to speak the affirmations out loud—that “repeat-after-me” part is more than just positive thinking; it feels like a real emotional release, a perfect outlet to let go of the day’s tension. The guide’s voice is super calming, and I also find it surprisingly comforting to hear other users’ voices in the community clips. It adds a genuine sense of support and encouragement. All in all, it’s just a really nice, easy app to use.

I tried the free version and had a great experience. On the first night, it actually helped me fall asleep, so I didn’t hesitate to subscribe.

What surprised me most is the quality of the healing audio. I especially love the sensual section — it gives me space to explore myself in a calm and non-judgmental way.

My only suggestion would be to keep releasing new content. If that continues, I can see myself using this app for a long time.
