### 5/5 — Wonderful classes

I used this app through out my second pregnancy, loved the library of classes already on there, especially the birth preparation classes I did at during my 3rd trimester. I also used the lives were you could talk to Harriet about how you were feeling and she would give a class exactly suited to how you were feeling. She even went above and beyond and filmed a special class for me as I was over due which I did daily until my baby girl arrived exactly at 42 weeks. 

I can not recommend this app enough. Harriet’s wealth of knowledge and broad selection of classes was just what I needed during this pregnancy.

I had the pleasure of attending Harriet’s prenatal classes in person while in Cape Town, but if you can’t make it into studio this app is the next best thing. Harriet’s calming and nurturing energy comes through in her videos, and the movements she teaches are perfect both for birth prep and for alleviating aches and pains as your body grows. I’m so grateful I’ve been able to continue doing her classes even after heading back to London. Can’t recommend highly enough!
