I believe the app know is just a shield for fraudulent act, without any actual service to offer . ### 1/5 — Horrible app. Horrible service. *2019-04-13, version 2.13.1* This is hands down the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. In terms of customer service I cannot say I’ve ever been as baffled by the complete disregard and rudeness. The operator was more concerned with speaking over me loudly than actually listening to and solving my problem. Today the called an entirely different person whose number I’ve never seen in my life and said they called me several times as I waited AT HOME and canceled plans in order to meet and no one showed up. Yet I was still charged! And this is not the first time or the worst thing that’s happened with Blow. This app has inconvenienced my life in so many unacceptable ways and somehow I’ve been charged for it every single time.
