Spent about a week on level 24 and about 2 minutes on the final 6, not impressed when perseverance to complete gets overshadowed by what I can only hope is a glitch. Hope you'll come back and play soon ### 3/5 — Until the update... *2018-11-11* Bloxy is one of my favourite games to play I’m on it 24/7 but with the new update an advert covers up half of the 3 pieces on the bottom and so I don’t know what I’ve been given to play with😪 I hope this gets sorted soon as it’s made me not want to play. Also the reason for it not being 5 stars is only because of this new update as it has affected my game completely. I hope this gets sorted soon. Though suddenly the app became 90% adds which interrupt the games and slow the whole thing down. Unable to cancel most of the pop-up with out navigating to the App Store as the cancel (x) button is hidden. Summary: The game WAS good now it’s ruined. Can anyone explain it? **Developer response:** Hi Hsjemxoxksnzjxjsneikx (is that your real name?). Each bomb has a number on it, every time you make a move, the number will decrease. To destroy the bomb, you need to make a row or column through it... if it hits zero - civilisation as we know it will end. But the original game is still very fun to play and very addictive mean I see why this is too as it is the same game but with minor changes so it “isn’t the same”. ### 1/5 — Sharron *2018-11-15* Great game to start with but as you move through the levels you’re just playing the same games over and over - it doesn’t change to get harder it just makes you score higher points...you still end up just playing the same games. Money hungry jerks!! ### 1/5 — Too many adverts! *2018-08-21* I agree far too many advert interruptions. Even longer than the game itself. Do we really need to see one between every play? It’s a fun App but will be deleting if adverts not reduced & become less intrusive. It’s very irritating and I’m struggling to get into the actual game because every time I finish a level it shoots me straight onto another ad.. Thanks for the review, I’ll check over the advertising and see how to balance the game to make it more accessible. ### 2/5 — Don’t update *2020-03-05* I love Bloxy and it’s my go to game for one handed play on the tube. After this terrible update I may just delete it I’m afraid. Ads have come in and now I understand developers need money but can’t this be done on the next game. I’ve been playing this for ages and it was great. Also trying to pick up blocks for next move is laggy and you find yourself trying a few times before you can pick one up. Also I’m sorry to the designer but the new look is naff. The simple colours that you could stare at for hours have been replaced by colours that just don’t work and can’t look at for 5 mins.
