The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a clean, spacious, and modern terminal that’s beautifully designed. The terminals are spacious, well-lit, and easy to navigate thanks to the clear signage everywhere. The airport is extremely well-managed, with polite staff who ensure everything moves smoothly. App feels decade old experience. Hangs quite often and forced to kill the app. Risk that it may happen during the payment process. There uses room to improve. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Scam taxi *2026-01-27, version 2.2.35* I was charged around 100/Km for a taxi at 11 PM in the name of surge pricing, it wasnt even a suv it was a sedan till koramangala, had to quit ride early and still driver asked for around 2800 till yelahanka. Someone needs to complain the airport authorities for action against them. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-09-25, version 2.2.35* It’s a scam. They will take the money upfront and there is no cab. There is no pick up point and you will be shuffled from place to place. Avoid 100% at all cost. Review from a seasoned traveller thru Bangalore airport. Trying for past half an hour and getting error that "this was not supposed to happen", "failed to create order" ### 1/5 — Letting others access account *2025-01-27* This app is garbage. Some one else created an account using my personal email id. I got an access code to my email but later the account got created even though I have not requested anything. I tried reaching out the support team and turns out the email id never exists. It's been hard to find a way to reach these guys to request them to stop some one else creating accounts or block the access to others. ### 1/5 — Not Reliable ,Pathetic Customer Support *2024-12-22* I scheduled a cab for airport. After the pickup time I got a call and they stated that they are not able to provide they are sorry. After altercation about the inconvenience I went through they told that they will send a cab and it will take another 40 mins. By that time I booked a cab from another platform which costed me Rs 500 extra. Till now I haven’t got the refund of my ride. I paid 2.5x for a single ride. If you have something planned important , don’t schedule from them. ### 1/5 — Cab booking *2024-12-06, version 2.2.25* My first experience of booking cab is not good. I booked premium cab mg zs but what I got a cheaper one Also there is no communication of driver details and cab details were shared. Directly once driver reached he called me. Also no call support if need to raise any concern or asking information ### 1/5 — Difficult to get refund *2024-11-10* I have booked the cab but then cancelled it after few minutes as soon as I got flight delay message. I was eligible for 100% refund but there is no process to claim for it or have any info around it(at least refund is in process or it might take few days etc) need resolution here. ### 1/5 — Worst Cab Experience *2024-10-28, version 2.2.25* First they delay hoping that you will cancel, then their is no customer support over the phone, emails will take ages for any reply. Avoid if possible. ### 1/5 — Airport Taxi portal is useless *2024-10-12* Downloaded this app after seeing an ad on KIA to book airport taxi which is newly launched. The pick-up location is fine but when it comes to fill in the drop location it didn’t pick it up. Tried my society name, road name, locality name and ultimately Bangalore too. Didn’t pick up anything and neither there was a sceoll down or a map to pin location ourselves. Soooo. Not good. ### 1/5 — Lot of technical issues with Blr Pulse *2024-09-13* I have seen lot of promotions and started using this app and suggested many of my friends also to use it. Recently I have booked flight ticket from Blr Pulse and booking got failed and they have refunded only 50% amount back and remaining 50% commission. I have raised complaint with Blr pulse and they assured full refund and after few days they did not respond and after my multiple follow ups they said they can’t refund full amount even if booking failed for their technical issues.
