As per their website they are existing since 2016 yet, their app looks like it was made in 1980s. I believe, Apple should have an option of minus stars just for apps like this. ### 1/5 — App options missing *2019-06-11, version 2.0.134* This app is bad. I have installed it to raise service complaints and after a day use the complaint raise option itself goes missing. None of the option works. Even the previous service request are missing in history. Can we not go back ol skool and have a resident to access the gym and pool? I am unable to book anything at all on the app and get denied to access the gym most of the time. How disrespectful is this ? Even after my tenant registered himself on the app, i receive the notifications and calls to allow someone from the gate but my tenant never receives them. Now what is the use if it can’t perform its basic service?
