## What is BLU Power Yoga?

BLU Power Yoga is an ocean front, upscale, heated power yoga studio. The studio offers structured, high-quality hot yoga classes alongside Body by BLU Boutique, located inside BLU Power Yoga. A yoga inspired boutique and wellness focus atmosphere creating community and challenging your body and mind. BLU also offers high quality virtual and on demand options to be fully inclusive and meet everyone where they are in their fitness journey. 

Our Classes

Our BLU Power Signature flow is a vinyasa flow to music designed to build into a breath-to-movement meditation all while challenging your strength, stamina and flexibility. You will sweat. This class is offered in 60, 75, or 90 min options and changes daily while building on each class, peak postures and incorporating levels of transitions to deepen your yoga practice. Some Yoga experience recommended but not required. 

BLU Power Foundational Flow is designed with the basics in mind. This class is perfect for those new to the practice or wanting to slow down and really strengthen their knowledge of the postures, practice breathing and play with props. All levels welcome. This class is still warm and designed to create heat in the body. 

BLU Power Core Hour is just that... 60 mins of focused power flow with an emphasis on building core strength and stability in the body. This class is heated so prepare to sweat. Some Yoga experience recommended but not required.

**Traditional Sun Salutations and breath work are observed in all of our classes**.
