1- Poor user experience and interface.. not easy to use.
2- issues: I have been trying to get access to game tickets which I wait for an hour or more.. once I get close to my turn I open the app and it reopen which I lose my turn and I have to wait again.. happened 3 times. 
Given that this is the only official way to purchase game ticket it’s really disappointing.. you can do better! Please take some inspiration from Webook.com which has a decent user interface Ux and also and you don’t lose your turn unless you force quit the app! I work in the field of mobile apps and there is a lot of potential for this to improve and it should!

I have been trying to use this app even contacting support. But the 4 digit code to verify my account never arrives. If it does not work with USA phone numbers it should say so. Very frustrating that no one in their support can help. Maybe they should have an option to verify by email if the verification code does not work via text.

ابدأ بالخلاصة: لو بالخارج لاتشتري من عندهم.

نادرا ما اكتب تقييم على تطبيق، لكن بما ان هذا التطبيق يمثل الهلال اعتقد وجب علي نقل تجربتي بكل صراحة بهدف ان 
 يصلحوا من تجربة العميل. طلبت اكثر من مره المره الاولى مرة سنوات لم استلم طلبي، والثانيه مر لحد الان  اكثر من ٢٠ يوم لم استلم الطلب وحين التواصل معهم تجد صعوبة جدا بالتفاهم معهم. عدم وجود محادثة فوريه. بالتطبيق جعل الامور معقدة اكثر. عدم تدريب الموظفين زاد الأمر سوءا. 


قد يكون الشراء من داخل السعودية يعطي تجربة جميلة لكن لو كنت خارج السعودية تجربتك ستكون سيئة جدا. افضل تشتري التي شيرت من احد تعرفه ويشحنها هو لك بشكل مباشر

للاسف اسوأ تطبيق ممكن تتعامل معه ، عدم احترام للعملاء وعدم الرد عليهم سواءً ايميل او اتصال او منصة x ، تبي تختبر اي مؤسسة شف كيف خدمتها للعملاء وقت الذروة وليس وقت الرخا ، وبلو ستور للاسف يكون خارج الخدمة لا اسمع لا ارى لا اشاهد وقت الذروة
