I was super pleased with everything for a long time then they introduced the interactive quizzer which was awesome… brought the app the 4 stars for me…. Would have definitely have gotten 5 if the quizzes were rank specific, but then they did the unthinkable… they made changes that made things difficult… going down to two stars…. It’s such a simple concept provide the info and have questions that are rank specific… I know it’s hard work but moving the quizzes was a bad choice…. ### 1/5 — Update *2026-02-25* New update is horrible!!! The interactive quizzers occasionally show up then the next day they are gone again. I paid hundreds of dollars for their products and to utilize their interactive quizzer platform. They had since made an “update” which eliminated all features and access to the application. I have reached out to support multiple times. The ONE time I received contact, I was told to redownload the app and to change my password. Very frustrating when you’re studying for a promotional exam and a product you paid large amounts of money for and relied upon doesn’t function and customer support is non-existent. ### 5/5 — Great *2025-01-16* I know someone that knows what they’re doing has been working on this app a lot recently and I appreciate the updates. I hope nothing drastic changes anytime soon. As it stands, it is reliable and even the fill and text colors for the quizzers is easy on the eyes for those long sessions. I hope that doesn’t change either. I really appreciate the thought that’s going into the app, thank you. It’s simple and nothing about it is distracting. And it doesn’t have any annoying chimes, obnoxious colors etc. like virtually every other quiz/study app. It’s GREAT as is.
