Since I couldn’t cancel I even changed my bank card and they still somehow pull off the $5 for the subscription every month from my bank account. I don’t use this app why should I pay for something I’m not using? It’s ridiculous. The ratings for this app is ridiculous due to that fact. I don’t need the subscription because I DONT USE THIS SERVICE. Now give me my money back or I will report this app as fraud. ### 1/5 — No $5 Venmo *2024-08-06, version 1.0.7* It states they will give you $5 via Venmo for signing up. I never received the $5 Venmo after following all the steps of signing up, downloading app, inviting friends and following in instagram. If they’re not honest in paying $5 could they possibly be a good resource for therapy? Deleting the app now and unfollowing on instagram ### 1/5 — Don’t use this service unless you don’t plan on emailing the company for help *2024-07-23, version 1.0.6* They were running a promotion and after completing their requirements, they don’t reply back or make it possible to cancel your subscription. They do send you a message that you’ll get your offer after a couple of days after the offer ends and gives you steps to confirm your requirements are met but after that they never reply back, neither from the social team or supporters team. I’ve sent numerous messages to them to claim my offer but all I get is a automated message saying they’ll reply back within 48 hours, it’s been a week from the last message and nothing. I tried to cancel my subscription after not receiving my offer wasn’t given or my messages never getting a reply back but you know what? They just link you to their FAQ which says you can cancel your subscription after receiving the 7 days notice of your renewal message. I checked everything in the message and the only option they give you is to change your payment method and nothing else. All I wanted is to receive my promotional offer and try their therapy but I didn’t receive none. ### 1/5 — scammers *2024-07-07* scammers ### 1/5 — Diabolical app *2024-07-04* It’s crazy I got a thank you from this app for sharing with my college friends… they made a contest slash promo, in which you could get a target gift card for completing these steps to promote their app for them ! Off your socials! However when it came time to pay the ones who did the steps completely ! They went and changed the terms and conditions on some slick ish . Then they stop replying to all of us that they owe. Not a good look to be running your company this way in this field…. 0/10 recommended ### 1/5 — scammers *2024-07-03* Scammed me out of $5.
