When I try to log in to use features, using my room number and check in/out dates, now that I’ve checked in I get a log in error every time. I’ve checked with TUI rep in resort in case it was me doing something wrong and they can’t get it to work either so it means that whilst you can review some of the details of your hotel (restaurant opening hours etc) the full functionality is restricted because you can’t log in successfully. ### 1/5 — Most clunky unhelpful app ever *2026-07-06* If I’m expected to use this app to manage my holiday it would be helpful if it actually worked. It keeps kicking me out, is unable to locate my hotel and doesn’t give any more useful information that a quick google search. It really needs to be completely redesigned. I’m not there yet, but a really useful thing would be an interactive map to locate you within the complex and make it easier to find your way around. I only hope it works even slightly when we’re there. ### 1/5 — Upgrade to app is awful *2026-05-03* The old app was a bit clunky, but with a bit of searching you could find what you need. This version is awful. Clicked on “ daily programme” it took me to housekeeping etc. There is no way to access the daily programme, room service or anything that is useful. Suggest you revert to the old app till you get this one properly working. Also can’t access chat via the app to notify someone of the issues. ### 3/5 — Leider aktualisieren sich unsere Reisedaten nicht *2026-03-17* Wir haben eine Reise in einem TUI Blue Hotel gebucht und diese in der App verknüpft. Diese Reise haben wir umgebucht und reisen dadurch jetzt eine Woche früher an. Die Reisenummer blieb unverändert. Leider gelingt es uns nicht, die aktuellen Reisedaten in die App zu laden, so dass wir vermutlich auch keine Leistungen vor Ort buchen können. Wir bekommen immer den Fehlerhinweis, dass die Reise nicht gefunden werden kann. Abmelden und Anmelden und Neuinstallation der App bringen leider nicht. Mein Mann hat sich sogar an einem anderen Handy mit neuem Zugang angemeldet, auch hier bekommen wir die gleiche Fehlermeldung. In der myTUI App sind die Daten korrekt, die Funktionen stehen dort nicht zur Verfügung. Was sollen wir tun, wo liegt der Fehler? **Developer response:** Hallo Tantje, danke für die Nachricht! Reception unable to give me a paper copy of the timetable, I’m unable to book anything either. I had to take a pic of the TUI reps iPad yesterday evening. Couldn’t do the quiz either as could not get the entertainment wifi! ### 1/5 — Rubbish App *2026-02-17, version 4.9.19* Currently staying at Tui Blue Romance Island in the Maldives and the app hasn’t been working for days. I have deleted the app and re downloaded it only for the spinning circle to reappear and no service. Very poor service when all the hotel info, daily programme and menu’s are in the app ### 3/5 — Really useful most of the time *2026-02-16, version 4.9.19* Has been working well for the last few years, at various locations. This week, blank screen…disappointing… ### 1/5 — Necessary, Useless, and Ineffective. *2026-01-07* The first thing that you must do upon arriving is to download this app; this will not work properly, and sets the stage for all future app use. You need the app for all reservations, for the map, etc— it will crash repeatedly and will go through long periods where it will not (for example) load the map or the page for a given restaurant. This execrable app reduces a great resort into a painful and frustrating experience. **Developer response:** Dear Ragabashty, thank you for letting us know about your experience. We are genuinely sorry that you encountered so many issues. Could you please let us know which hotel you were staying in, so we can investigate the crashes and connection issues? Again, apologies for the negative experience. ### 1/5 — Absolute rubbish *2026-01-03, version 4.9.16* We were only able to book restaurants at the Makadi Gardens using this app. It was impossible. The app just buffers and I get a blank page. I tried restarting the phone, that didn’t work. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. That didn’t work either. It was far better in other resorts where you booked restaurants at a terminal in reception or with the hotel staff. This is pointless rubbish.
