My seek gps won’t go online no matter how many times I reset. Hasn’t worked for weeks and my subscription is current til 2023. I find the NUTTAG not nearly as good as the previous device as it does not do the same things and tries to be more universal, but loses the original concept of specific tracking of your pet. It is really confusing and frustrating to set up and fails to deliver any confidence in it's reliable operation. I have no recall of downloading it, and it was in an odd location on my iPad. It’s now deleted but still puzzling about how it got there. I have no relevant devices, as far as I know. ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NUTTAG!!! *2024-02-07* I purchased a Spot 4G GPS Pet Tracker inc. 2-year service plan. This pet tracker does not work. Cannot connect to the network, battery barely lasts for a day, app interface is clunky and inaccurate and Customer Service is next to non-existent. I returned mine after having to wait over a month just for a response only to have my refund request rejected. This product is a scam. If I could give it less than zero stars I would. ### 1/5 — Faulty badly made and designed pet tracker *2024-02-06, version 12.0* I purchased this pet tracker as my dog was escaping and I needed to keep her in. The pet tracker never gave me location updates unless I opened up the app and checked on the location. Even When setting the geo fence. When I phoned support they said this was a know issue with iPhone. Other reviews 2 years ago say this! Who has time to check every 30 min. The battery defiantly didn’t last as long as advertised 3-7 days. It’s lucky to last the day. After 2 weeks the unit stopped charging properly, and after about another week it stopped charging all together. On the 10th dec I sent back as the unit was faulty. It’s now the 6th feb and I have not received a replacement or repair. Apparently the unit is being sent back to me soon. Would not recommend there are better devices out there ### 1/5 — Don’t buy! Waste of money and time. *2023-12-04, version 12.0* GPS never worked with own sim. Support took forever to get back to me and resolve the issue which was to use their sim. Battery life was half a day, this was not ideal so requested a refund. Support took weeks to reply about return details. Upon return I still haven’t received refund or any correspondence from Nuttag. I’ve sent over 6+ emails and haven’t had one reply about my return and my money being refunded. This sounds like a scam as I’m not getting my money back! Will be reporting to fair trading. ### 1/5 — Shocking. Crashes constantly *2023-10-24, version 12.0* Can’t open the app. Crashes instantly even with latest update No support. Tipical Chinese rubbish ### 1/5 — Refresh issues, poor product *2023-09-22, version 12.0* The site advertises "Instant & exact location of your pet". The app did not continuously refresh the dog's position. I tested with two devices. Both are the same. This is a must for a tracking device. I asked for a refund. Their "Love it guarantee. Love it or leave it with our 30-day money-back policy." The returns process was extremely long winded and required far too much back and forth. It required a support call, testing a new unit, providing screen shots and descriptions of the issues. After a month and a half they refunded me. But not the whole amount. They took some money off the top to cover some made up expenses on their site. In my opinion this is a clunky immature product which didn't work as advertised and their support for refund was nothing but painful. ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2023-09-19, version 12.0* Spent this money, the tag never worked, couldn’t get any customer service. So sad I wasted my money on it. It took 3 weeks to arrive even though I paid extra for express! I had trouble initially getting it online spoke to a few nuttag reps and finally got it to work. Then it lasted about 2 weeks before stopping again. Still can not get it to go back online. They would not let me return it because it was out of the return time frame even though it took forever to arrive and they stuffed me around trying to get it to work.
