Ditto of a previous review from JulyIt’s Dec 2024 and they still have not fixed it!

The new Blue Baker app is glitchy, freezes, and is totally confusing to order from. Just do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else or call in your order.
I just did the first one.

I absolute love blue baker but their app and website are both horrendous. They recently redid the app but I am unable to login to my account. It has you enter a phone number and then input a code it texts to your number. The pop up box that you enter the code closes as soon as you try to put in the code. I’m not sure why there is not an option to just login with email/password. Love the food but they need to improve the app and website so it is actually functional.

The app has been updated multiple times over the last few years and yet continues to be an awful experience. Food is great but I have changed dinner plans on more than one occasion because of the unusable app.

We have so appreciated Blue Baker encouraging our family to drive safe and undistracted through being on SAFE 2 SAVE! I found out about this Blue Baker app through the safe driving app and now we can order our catering orders easily!
