It can also talk to your compatible smart home devices for a seamless experience. Get secure mobile access to your Blue by ADT system and control your smart home from your mobile device. You can create rules, alerts, manage users, access your cameras, saved media, and history of events all from your app remotely. Receive custom push notifications and emails for events around your house like arming, disarming, sensor alerts, camera motion, doorbell rings, or even if your garage door has opened.

Adt is by far the worst security company you could possibly think of using their app is always down and never works. You can’t even watch any video footage. Do not use this company for they truly do stock.

This app is garbage. It crashes all the time. When your cellphone service is weak it tries to get you to sign in manually which never works. The facial recognition doesn’t work. And there’s no integration with car play or Apple Watch. ADT Blue needs to update their stuff.

The app has been giving me problems sense I’ve had this serve… I can’t always monitor my cameras because the app doesn’t always work and it throws you out. The website is a little better but also need work.

I did two updates on my phone and now that I have done that I can’t get into the app at all!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled and changed my password several times and I still can’t get into my app!! I have did two reset and still nothing!! I have been without the use of my cameras for about a week in a half ago!! Not to mention I have called Blue By ADT on more than 5 occasions and still nothing!! Fix this app!!!

I’ve been an ADT customer since 2021. It is X proof and Pirate proof. I get good live footage of everything going on inside and outside of my house with the app.
