Wish there was a dine-in option. We have to select pick up and then take our sacks to the table. There also isn’t a place for adding a water to the order when we don’t need a soft drink or iced tea. The grumpy guy who works at ours gets really irritated when we ask for water cups. Also not sure how it is supposed to record points. I have an account and my credit card stored and have used the app two or three times already but nothing shows up under my points. It never accumulates my points. It always says I have zero points. It never remembers my favorite. And ever remember my previous orders. Uninstall, reinstall page changes and saved. I have gotten so frustrated with the app that it makes me not want to eat there anymore. When I go in to pick up 5 orders and keep getting shoved down the line and rushed ordering in person it was important for me to have a stable app to order. It has become so unstable, I have to choose to go somewhere else- I look at the app and ask myself - do I get my family excited and then disappoint them because of a faulty app? There are other burrito option in my area with better ordering systems. Where my problems occur is with scheduling mobile orders. The system will generate a time at the beginning of the ordering process and then will modify the time at the end. Sometimes it will schedule the pickup for the following day. It used to have a space for that but it was removed sometime in the spring. I have had to use my previous order. I’ve mentioned it to staff and they said they could see other people add special instructions.
