## What is Blue Collar Pro AI?

Blue Collar Pro is the business app for tradespeople who don't have time for business software.

There are no forms. No dropdowns. No fields to fill in. You just tell it what you did — like you're texting a buddy — and it handles the customers, quotes, invoices, and paperwork for you.

HOW IT WORKS

Describe a job in plain English: "I fixed John Smith's toilet for $150." Blue Collar Pro creates the customer, builds the invoice, and asks if you want it sent or marked paid — all from that one sentence. Say "mark it as paid" and it's done. Got a cash down payment? Just say so, and it's recorded against the right invoice.

EVERYTHING YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS, HANDLED IN CONVERSATION

• Customers & projects — every job filed automatically, no folders to manage
• Quotes & invoices — built from what you tell it, sent by email, tracked to paid
• Deposits & down payments — tell it what you collected, it keeps the running total straight
• Punch lists — "still need to caulk the tub" becomes a to-do on the job, checked off with a word
• Expenses — log materials and costs as you go so job costing takes care of itself, take pics of receipts to itemize expenses to jobs
• Photos — attach before/after shots straight from your phone, filed to the right project
• Reminders — get nudged about overdue invoices and uncollected deposits before you have to think about it
• Standing preferences — tell it your labor rate once ("I charge $50/hour") and it applies it going forward

BUILT FOR THE TRUCK, NOT THE OFFICE

Sign in with a link texted to your phone — no password to remember. Everything you need is one message away, whether you're in the truck between jobs or standing in someone's kitchen.

Every job is organized automatically: quotes, invoices, notes, and photos, all filed under the project without you lifting a finger.

Your data is yours. Blue Collar Pro doesn't sell your customer list or your numbers to anyone.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-27

Blue Collar Pro speaks Spanish now. Switch your language in Settings and the whole app follows — navigation, chat, every list, project details, sign-in.

Deposits are now their own invoice. Ask for money up front and get a real deposit invoice your customer can pay right away — the final bill later credits it automatically, so the two always add up to the job's price. Projects now show what a job is worth, what's been billed, and what's still owed.

Plus under-the-hood fixes: quote and invoice totals now always match their line items, and payment reminders no longer nag about money that isn't due yet.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-12

- Track payments: invoices now show what's actually been paid, and every job has a Payments tab listing each payment — date, amount, and how it was paid. Deposits taken before an invoice exists no longer disappear.
- Refreshed the app's look — updated background, and a redesigned menu with your business name, quick links, an open punch-list count, recent projects and customers, and your monthly spend at a glance.
- Notifications open faster: tapping one now starts the agent's reply immediately instead of waiting for the app to finish loading first.
- Added a language toggle (English/Español) in Settings.
- Check off punch-list items right from your phone.
- Tap any photo to view it full-screen, edit its caption, or delete it.
- Fixed messages that showed up with stray line-break characters instead of formatting properly.
- If your connection drops mid-conversation, the app now checks whether your message actually went through instead of just saying "Network error."
