I find it hilarious that a company of this size and revenue still has not set up auto pay in the app!!! At the VERY least they should have your information saved for payment so you don’t have to type it out every single month for every single payment(4 per month in my case). You also need to go to the profile and select the default account before you can even make a payment. Nobody would know that if they didn’t spend 30 minutes on the phone with a representative! The only reason for 2 stars is the set up is decent but the payment section needs work!

The payment process is a joke! ACH autopay is all the accept, maybe people don’t want your fingers in their bank account and would choose to handle their finances as they see fit not you.

Wrote message, attached a pdf, when submitted the “spinning circle” lasted 30+ minutes before I gave up. Tried again, same thing happened. (Even tried the Android app. It was even worse. Would not let me attach a document)

I have yet to use it. Says it needs updating, but the app won’t let me. I e deleted and reinstalled it twice. The member login won’t pull up. And don’t get me started on the non existent auto pay. It’s like they want to make it, as hard as possible, to make a payment or open the app. Totally worthless.
